Viola Visions

It is always a treat to get to work with someone like Michael Tilson Thomas (MTT), the co-founder of the New World Symphony and former Artistic Director of the San Fransisco Symphony. I’ve worked with MTT for about 14years. During that time I’ve designed countless posters and branding campaigns in support of his mission.

Viola Vision was a five-day celebration of the viola featuring the instrument’s most prodigious artists in concerts, masterclasses and seminars—in October 2019. Renowned performers and educators Roberto Díaz, Kim Kashkashian, Matthew Lipman, Cynthia Phelps, Nadia Sirota, Jonathan Vinocour and Tabea Zimmermann joined NWS Fellows and alumni in performances of viola-centric works led by MTT.
